Devoue Health and Education Foundation organized a Special Needs Awareness Session for Teachers at S.L. Suri D.A.V. Public School, Janakpuri, Delhi, with the aim of promoting greater awareness and understanding of children with special educational and developmental needs.

The session focused on helping teachers better understand the different challenges that children with special needs may experience in the classroom. It also highlighted the importance of early identification, supportive communication, inclusive teaching practices, and creating a positive and accepting learning environment.

Through practical discussions and interactive engagement, teachers were encouraged to recognize individual differences in children and understand how appropriate support can help every child participate more confidently in the learning process.

The session was conducted as part of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusive education, awareness, and child development support within schools and communities.
